Nucu Oy – Terms of Delivery

About Us
Nucu Oy, business ID: 2785473-5, address: Hoitajanrinne 1, Oulu, Finland; sells
products to businesses and consumers of legal age. These Terms of Delivery are related
to products ordered directly from our own web-shop at nucubaby.com. These Terms of
Delivery are effective as of 15.06.2022. We hold the right to change these Terms of
Delivery from time to time, so please make sure to read these every time you order
anything from our web-shop.


Products & Pricing
The properties and prices are presented in the description of every individual product. We
hold the right to change the prices of the product and delivery, so please check these
prices found in your shopping cart, before you finalize the order. Product prices include
24% tax which appears on your shopping cart and order confirmation. Order confirmation
will be sent to you by e-mail at the address you provided when placing the order.


Ordering & Agreement
You can order products from our web-shop by adding them to your shopping cart and by
confirming the order as well as paying the contents using our payment service. When
ordering the products, you are required to have read and accepted the currently active
Terms of Delivery. You are required to understand that by confirming and accepting the
order, you form a binding contract between us, complying these Terms of Delivery.


Order Confirmation
After a successful order, you will receive an order confirmation in your e-mail. If for some
unknown reason we are unable to confirm your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon
as possible.


Delivery Fees
Any possible shipping fees are dependent on the product itself (for example. Weight,
and packaging) and the chosen delivery method, and they will be added automatically to the
final price of your order. You can see any possible delivery fees in the shopping cart
before placing the order.


Shipping & Delivery
Shipping in Finland is handled by Posti Group Oyj. We deliver the orders as packages and
The customer will receive the tracking number along with the confirmation of delivery.

Shipping to the UK
We ship to the United Kingdom using DHL. All costs related to shipping, customs duties, and taxes are fully covered by us. Orders are shipped under the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) incoterm, which means you won’t need to deal with any customs procedures or additional fees—everything is taken care of in advance. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.


Delivery Time
Normal delivery time in Finland is approximately 1-3 business days, depending on the
delivery method, when there are products in stock ready for delivery. We aim to ship the orders
during the same business day or the day after. In case the products are no longer
available, we will contact you by e-mail as soon as possible. We aim to ship the whole
order at once, but there may be cases that require multiple separate deliveries, in which
case the customer will not have to pay any additional delivery fees.

Shipping outside Finland usually takes within 1-9 business days, but it may vary.


Inspection of the arrived package
Please inspect the order immediately following the delivery. If there is something missing,
if the product is damaged/faulty or it does not match the order you made, please contact
us as soon as possible and at least before 14 days. We obey the Finnish Consumer
Protection Act.


Limit of Liability
Nucu Oy will not be held responsible for any possible damages during shipment, except up
to the regulations in Consumer Protection Act or other requisition by law regarding said
damage.


Differencies & Disputes
We will always try to resolve any differencies firsthand, so please first contact us at
support@nucubaby.com. If we are unable to resolve the issue, the consumer may always
contact the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi/en) to resolve the issue.
Before handing the case to Consumer Disputes Board, the consumer must first contact
Finnish Competition and Consumer Authority (https://www.kkv.fi/en/consumeraffairs/consumer-advisory-services/).


FAQ
1. I received confirmation that the return was accepted, but I haven’t received the money back yet.
What’s wrong?
a. After receiving a confirmation from us that your return has been accepted, it usually takes
1-5 business days for the return to appear on your bank account. If it has been longer than
that, contact us so we can resolve it.

2. I sent the product successfully few days ago and haven’t received confirmation if it was accepted
or not. Why?
a. We handle all returns during 24 hours of us receiving the goods. If you haven’t received a
confirmation from us yet, please check your junkmail first. It usually takes 1-5 business days
for the return to reach us so be patient. If it has been longer than that, contact us via e-mail
to resolve the issue.

3. I received an e-mail from you, saying my return was declined. Why?
a. The reason(s) for decline is stated in the e-mail, as every return is handled individually.
b. Common reasons are:
i. Severe self-inflicted damage on the product (fractures, clear cuts etc.)
ii. Clear signs of usage (substance on the fabric, wear and tear)
iii. Missing parts
iv. Return issued after 30-days of initial delivery.

4. My order is missing the contents stated in the box. What do I do?
