Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy for your peace of mind. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return your product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund after inspection.
To qualify, the item must be undamaged, in good condition, and in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon approval of your return request, we will furnish you with the necessary return details and instructions regarding where and how to send your package. Please note that we will not accept items sent back to us without prior return authorization.

Returns from the UK
If you are a customer located in the United Kingdom and wish to return your order, please contact us first at support@nucubaby.com. We will provide you with the necessary return instructions. Please do not send any items back before reaching out to us.
Damages and Issues

Refunds

FAQ
- I received confirmation that the return was accepted, but I haven’t received the money back yet. What’s wrong?
- After you receive confirmation of the acceptance of your return from us, it typically takes 1-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account. If it exceeds this timeframe, please contact us so we can assist in resolving the matter.
- I sent the product successfully a few days ago and haven’t received confirmation if it was accepted or not. Why?
- We process all returns within 7 business days of receiving the goods. If you haven't received confirmation from us, please check your spam or junk folder. It usually takes 1-5 business days for the return to reach us, so we kindly request your patience. If it extends beyond this period, please reach out to us via email to address the issue.
- I received an email from you, stating my return was declined. Why?
- The specific reason(s) for the decline are provided in the email, as each return is assessed individually.
- Common reasons for decline include
i. Severe self-inflicted damage to the product (e.g., fractures, clear cuts).
ii. Clear signs of usage (e.g., substances on the fabric, wear and tear).
iii. Missing parts.
