Abstract
Recent innovations in sleep monitoring have enabled the study of infant sleep in natural environments with minimal disruption. At the same time, multisensory stimulation has emerged as a promising method to promote relaxation and improve sleep quality. This study investigates whether rain-themed multisensory stimulation can positively influence nighttime sleep in infants at home.
